They give you a full body massage from your head to toe! I came in with tight shoulders and I feel way better now. If you have any tightness due to stress or just feel like you need a good massage to make you feel better I highly recommend her. My boyfriend wants to come back every other month. Our couples massage was 95$ total for an hour. Her prices are excellent compared to other places in San Antonio. She is also bilingual if you have any family members that are Spanish speaking.

The facility is a beautiful old home in the garden ridge area and is well decorated, comfortable, and always smells nice. Since I've been coming here, I've experienced increased mobility, less pain, and have always been treated very well since day one. They use many different techniques and modalities, incorporating movement and manual manipulation to yield the best results. Kristen is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before getting started, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. I had a TMJ and deep tissue full body massage, and she did an incredible job working through all the knots with the perfect amount of pressure.
