Jorge was replaced by Sergey to do cutting for the final three days of construction and finish work. The final product was worth every minute. All of the joints were airtight. Each miter cut was exact. John is a cabinet maker and it is evident every time I look at my new windows. They were able to maintain the visual harmony of design that you find in some of your nicer 100 plus year old Craftsman houses. Small group and for the most part friendly staff, but project manager was spread too thin and sometimes lacked time to check on their own crew's work. From the homeowner's perspective, workers arrived at our residence, performed partial work (Which still remains unfinished), accepted payment, attempted to change pricing mid-project, failed to complete the agreed scope, and then ceased communication. Lets not forget after contacting me (barry), Barry sent out Jason the very next day at 10am, i made Jason called Barry in front of me, my wife, my father and a worker at our home that we had to paused service for while Jason came by, Barry answered the phone and said he said he sent Jason to do a estimate. Regardless of internal authorization disputes, the result for our family was and is the same: incomplete and damaged work with no resolution. Jason did receive payment with a receipt from us as he didn't have one on him and we have the bank statement after he kept pressuring us to pay him. If your company name was misused, that is a serious issue that you need to address with Jason & Barry, your worker you are denying, and one you should investigate internally.
