Took my vehicle in for a transmission leak on a Friday morning, only to find out they are closed on Fridays. Left 2 messages which were never returned. Finally got in touch with them on Monday morning. I was told that it would be a few days before they could look at it because they were backed up & short-handed. I was having a bad intermittent misfire problem with my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD truck that no one could figure out.... I took it to several mechanics and even a Chevy dealership and no one could diagnose the source of the problem, let alone fix it! The misfire kept coming and going and was getting worse! A friend recommended this shop to me. Jim did not give up trying to track down the source of the problem. He had my truck for a couple days and I was afraid I had gone down another rabbit hole, when I got the call that he had taken the valve cover off the and found a broken lifter spring that was the causing all the trouble! I was charged what I thought to be a reasonable price for the diagnosis and repair. I would definitely recommend this business!
