In a word everything. Your appointment times are once every three months and if you have to cancel forget about getting your medications. They will reduce or cut your medications off at ant time without giving you a reason. In reference to appointments they are about 10 minutes in duration and do nothing to address your concerns. Recently the majority of myself and wife was reduced and than cut off leading us to search for a new doctor. Unfortunately this is a problem throughout El Paso it's no wonder the ER'S are over populated. The clinics here just don't want to give you needed medication. read more

Phone staff is the WORST I've ever experienced. TL; DR -- they entered the wrong pharmacy and sent my prescriptions to the wrong place and then couldn't correct the problem for over 48 hours, and staff gets attitude with anyone who dares dial their number, so I was hung up on TWICE. Full story: I had a 9am appointment, two prescriptions, didn't get around to pharmacy until 5pm...and they had no record. So I called TPC's office and reached a Pablo who was instantly angry at answering the phone. He read me the pharmacy and I told him it was incorrect, he said, I've corrected it and resent your prescriptions, then hung up. Day 2 - went back to the pharmacy STILL no record. So I called again, and a woman told me that my doctor could be the only to resend one prescription due to its type and she was out of office by the time I called the day before and didn't work this day, that it would be a THIRD day before they could resend it. She said there was no record of a second one, when I got upset (after explaining the Pablo experience already), and told her they needed to fix it...she said there was nothing they could do. When I asked for an office manager, or supervisor, she said they were on vacation until Monday and nothing could be done there either. Then she decided that she didn't like MY attitude and hung up on me as well. I called a THIRD time and spoke to another woman who found the second prescription and had the NP resend it, but the other one was still out of their hands until the doctor returned. When I asked about a supervisor, she repeated the story I had already been given, and when I doubled down that SOMEONE had to be in charge, she said "we're all grown adults here, we don't need someone in charge" ??? She eventually passed me to the NP as the person in charge. Believe it or not, I actually like my doctor so it's really sad that her staff is so rude! read more

Just called to make an appointment (established client) for my son, and they are booked until the end off the month. I asked what their sick patients have to do to be seen, and they were speechless. I guess they haven't planned for illness during cold and flu season. Greed! Looking for new doctor now. read more

It appears that Trans-Mountain is back to messing up on prescriptions. The front staff is terrible and they don't want you getting upset. Well I'm sorry when they mess up we will get upset. Apparently they have new Physicians and they're not getting the prescriptions right. I had my prescription messed up on twice in the last 3 days. When Dr. Marin is out the whole place falls apart. Also I only get an appointment every 3 months. If I can't get my medication by Monday I will probably end up going to ER once again. read more

Still another problem with scheduling with this clinic. My wife had an appointment today at 10am ( I confirmed it with it was suppose be tele-call. My wife waited for over an hour.She finally called them and was informed that the Dr didn't need to see her ( the one ). What irritates me the most is that no one bothered to call and let my know! Now her next appointment is in October on the first!. This miscommunication is inexcusable! read more

Staff, especially front desk Yoli extremely unprofessional. Vulgar language, gossiping about her coworkers and judging clients. Very disrespectful. They need to replace their staff. Toxic environment. read more

Dr Jose Marin office has improved his business. With 5 stars. The staff is really helpful and his new doctor is great. I recommend him. They do all they can do to make sure your taken well care of.. Sellem is my favorite office assistant. I think it's worth the wait. read more

It's only fair that I update my last review that I had given to Transmountain. During my last Doctors appointment I found that his office had much improved. The wait times were considerably less and the patient's moved quickly based on your appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful based on your circumstances. Additional the office does it's best to get you in quickly for an appointment and best of all the communication between patient and Doctor were clear. I heave been very satisfied with Dr. Marin and his staff. Their location is conveniently located near our neighborhood. Walk ins welcomed and you are seen at your appointment time scheduled. Facilities are clean and modern. Waiting room is small, but you don't stay long. Dr. Marin is thorough in his examinations and explains things clearly. A plus is that he is also fluently bilingual. read more

My appointment was at 7:30, new patient and first appt. of the day. I showed up 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, then waited 30 minutes to get called back for vital signs. I had to get up and ask if I was going to be seen soon because I have to go to work, then they called to the back and someone came out to take my vital signs. In the vital signs area there was somebody's Wendys breakfast on the table they were taking my vitals signs, strong smell. When I went to the exam room with the scribe, at least two people walked in and out of the exam room like nothing (this is crazy to me). Then the doctor walked in, spoke to me, listened to my heart and lungs, prescribed me medications based on my vitals signs, then walked out. The visit with the doctor took 7 minutes in all. Doctor seemed annoyed with me and it showed. Doctor didn't ask me anything about my health or what I thought my needs are, totally unacceptable. Doctor patient relationships are supposed to be interactive with my health as the goal, not this I see you for 7 minutes and charge your insurance for an hour visit. read more

The wait times for this facility are pretty bad. Even though I am the second person through the door I had close to a two hour wait.
