He's friendly, knowledgeable, and having never had to get a car towed, it was a seamless experience and a great value. I am writing to warn anyone considering doing business with this establishment: the owner is blatantly racist, uncompromising, and arrogantly dismissive. Trying to get a simple estimate over the phone is impossible. The owner refuses to walk a mere 100 feet from his house to his office to provide any kind of pricing information. Instead, he will slap you with whatever towing charges he feels like on the spot, blatantly influenced by your skin color and the type of vehicle you drive. Be prepared for the worst kind of treatment--arrogant, disrespectful, and utterly shitty service. This isn't just bad business; it's morally reprehensible. They have zero customer service, zero professionalism, and should never be allowed to operate. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values all customers equally. Nice enough guy. He only had to tow us about 40 miles which isn't far on the rez and then we got a bill for almost 900 YES I said 900 dollars! Un freaking believable! What a double dealing crook! Transport towing saved my bacon, when my own roadside assistance provider was unwilling or unable to. I broke down outside Page, and waited for roadside for three plus hours, before I found the number for Transport and called myself. The driver responded within thirty minutes. He found me a reputable mechanic, a nice hotel room, and even a taxi service. If I could give negative stars I would. My brother got arrested in Page and his vehicle was impounded at Transport Towing Inc in Page, AZ. When he went to get his vehicle out of impound he was treated horribly by the person working behind the counter. The employee questioned my brother's veteran status, and before he would process the payment he berated my brother as to why he was arrested. Not sure what that has to do with getting your car out of impound honestly. My biggest complaint would be the employee questioning my brother's veterans status. Not necessarily a bad review for Transport Towing, but for them as a contracted vendor for AAA. We were at Wahweap campground near Page Az. We pay for RV Service through AAA. However, it needs to be clear that even though Transport is an authorized AAA RV contractor in the area, they would not come out to the campground to put a spare tire on our Class C. I even called them directly after AAA left us on our own and they said did not have the equipment to put our spare tire on. We called Little's Diesel in Kanab and not only did they come out immediately they actually installed a brand new tire on the spot. I gave them five stars. And I will be insisting on a refund from AAA since they could not send anyone out to help us. So really this a review of AAA, as well as their local contracted vendor, who do not have the equipment necessary to put a spare tire on your RV. Jimmy just saved my bacon in a BIG WAY and I cannot thank him enough - I was way out at the trailhead to skylight arch on studhorse mesa at sunset, and I must've left my lights on while I was watching the sunset six miles down a ROUGH dirt road with no signage - Jimmy came all the way out there after dark by the time we were done, otherwise I would have been out there all night freezing - what I paid for that jump start was really not enough and I wish him all the best, he really saved me a lot of discomfort and stress - the world would be a better place with more people like Jimmy !!! read more

Hard to hear the owner over the phone. Come to find out he puts his phone in his pocket while talking to customers. Seen it while picking up my vehicle. Tells people their vehicle is on a 20-30 day hold. Told me the same thing but I got it out the next day. Very rude over the phone and in person. Gate might be closed but he's most likely in his trailer being a turd. So keep calling him. read more

I have never been treated so badly by an individual or business. This man left us on a dangerous highway in 90 degree heat for 30 hours. He swore and shouted at me and my insurance company and when he finally towed me to a junk yard his parting words were 'f##k you'. The guy who owns this place has a serious attitude. I called and he told me my vehicle was here but on a 30 day hold from the police. When I spoke to the police they confirmed by two troopers it was not on a 30 day hold. I simply asked when I could come get my vehicle as it was 5 hours away from where I was (a rental situation gone bad) and he said he was closed and couldn't tell me the time he would be available. He didn't have normal business hours, odd when most towing companies are 24/7. I show up the next day and he is at lunch and won't return for 20 minutes. Sounds like a long lunch at 1pm- not returning anytime soon with people who are going to give you money. Obviously somebody who needs to retire or who is not running their business efficiently. My car broke down on 89 N 25 miles from Page at 9 PM. A local nice family called this Towing company. The Tow truck driver was very professional and did not charge us an arm and leg to tow our car to an Auto Shop in Page. Thank you for helping stranded family from Houston. My husband and I were on our anniversary weekend at Lake Powell. We stayed in a local hotel over night and forgot to properly unplug things. To our surprise our battery was completely dead on our diesel truck! We called our insurance for roadside assistance only to find out they didn't add this specific truck! But the insurance company did refer us to Transport Towing. BJ with Transport Towing was sent to service our problem. He was there within 10min! Wow! Talk about fast service! Our truck has two batteries so it was more of a challenge, but BJ kept at it until he got juice flowing and voltage up. I think he could have given up and just had us towed but he didn't give up! Finally we got the truck started and we were on our way back home! Great customer service all the way thorough. We immediately got a text from BJ, we called back, and he was already on the road to us, Kudos to Transport Towing! Honest, speedy service! Thank you! TUESDAY: 7-10-18- I called AAA to find out why my parents had to wait 2.5 Hrs for a truck to drive in from Moab, UT to their place in Page, AZ @ 4:30 am after they accidentally locked both sets of keys in their running vehicle (in their driveway 3.9 miles from this business). They had an 8:30am Dr appt in Flagstaff. AAA could not get hold of anyone at this business (Transport Towing). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ QUOTE (from Yelp Business description) 24/7 (?) "From the business" With over 25 years of experience towing and dealing with many roadside situations we have the experience, the history, and the proper equipment to help in in any situation. We have drivers that are available 24×7 for dispatch to help you however and wherever you are. I called Fri (9:45 a) and again my call was answered with a "Supp" slang for Whats up. Seriously! I asked to speak with Owner Gary, and was told I was speaking with him (finding it hard to believe that the owner would have the same business manor), in any case I inquired as to why, with his 24/7, send someone out with a simple call business claims. Why no one took the call much less sent some one out. His answer "he was in CA". I reminded him that his business is the AAA service provider for the Town of Page and that he claims to have driver(s) that his being out of town as an excuse made no since. He also stated that his Company did not provide lock out service, I was told by AAA that this place provided all AAA needed services. So, I informed him that I would be contacting AAA to file a complaint and would be asking AAA to check into finding a different local towing company to provide service for the town of Page and its thousands of visitors. Page has a Population of 7,000 (+), and is a tourist attraction. Locals and travelers should be privy to this establishments practices. read more
