Went to this panic room the other night. It was my first time doing a panic room. The place was nice and overall had a fun experience but the room had some defects. Magnets weren't strong enough to reveal hidden keys and it took some time away from our clock. Keys opened up more than one lock which confused us and we were asked by the employee on how we were able to get certain items ahead of time, Which led to more confusion and wasted more of our time thinking we did something right when we were focusing on the wrong things. It kinda ruined the experience at the end of the day but this place seems fun if everything worked properly. read more

This place is so fun!! If you're looking for something a little different in Lubbock, I highly recommend Trapped. We did The Precinct with 3 people, and it's recommended for 3-7 people. I think having at least one more person would have been a little better for us. You have to really use your brain and think about things - anything could be a clue! It's so neat to discover all the clues and riddles, but if you get stuck you have a set number of hints you can ask for. Use your hints as soon as you get stuck!! We were SO close to getting out. I think it we had gotten our hints a little sooner we might have made it. Highly recommended! Can't wait to go back and get Trapped again! read more

This is a ton of fun. If you enjoy murder mysteries or other team-building, problem-solving challenge courses, you'll love this adventure. They have a couple different rooms and they rotate the themes every couple months to keep things fresh. They do a good job with authenticity and period-specific props. What an amazing place. We played as a group of five in the Fortune teller room. Entering the room, there were a huge number of locks, which was a bit scary. But after the nerves settled, we knocked it out with 43 WHOLE seconds to spare! The people are nice, the hints are clear and helpful and everyone was excited to come back and play again! read more

If you're looking for something different to do in Lubbock, I would highly recommend Trapped! I don't want to give too much away, but it's a problem solving mystery kind of setup for you that you can do with a few friends. There were 3 of us and that seemed good maybe 4 is cool too but I don't know if I would do more than that. The settings are really fun and well-designed and it really is a challenge to solve the puzzles and figure out the mysteries. I would encourage y'all to look it up and make a reservation and you won't regret it. We did the doll house one and thought it was really cool. Would be even better if it was scary but it's thrilling enough as it is. read more

I have done probably 15-20 escape rooms successfully in San Antonio and Austin. I am visiting my in-laws for the Easter weekend and my sister-in-law was really excited to try an escape room together. 6 of us attempted The Clinical Trial room. My husband and I were the seasoned vets of the group, while two others were on their 3rd room, and the other two were brand new to escape rooms. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and complexity of this game. Better yet--it made sense! I have played at least a handful of rooms that did not follow the plot line well and frequently I'd be wondering what I'm supposed to do next. This one was awesome. LOTS of locks and codes to get, and a few interesting and challenging physical puzzles to solve. We unfortunately did not succeed, but were a few minutes from solving the puzzle when time ran out. The guy on staff when we went on Saturday night was very friendly and helpful, and even offered us a nudge in the right direction when we got stuck. I thoroughly enjoyed this game and this location, and if you like challenges, I know you will too! read more
