They have an excellent website, very easy to use, and their appointment feature let me pick any hour of the day that I wanted. I set up a same-day appointment and it was so easy I wondered if they would even show. Lo and behold, on the hour of my choosing, I got a phone call letting me know they would arrive within 30 minutes. They were smack dab in the middle of the 1 hour window and I was delighted! Then I met Brent and Keon in person and they were professional, speedy, and very courteous. They were in and out of my property within 20 minutes, they swiped my card, and hauled everything off. I was doing some early spring cleaning, and inevitably everything I cleaned out ended up in big pile in my garage. I worked in ops for a fortune 500 waste industry company, and was not about to have to throw things constantly into a rented container. Let me start by saying I usually don't write reviews. However the service I received from this company was OUTSTANDING! I am working on cleaning out my mom's house. I knew it would be a lot of work. Brendan and Darius were Excellent! They were polite, patient, and understanding with me. I was overwhelmed by the work that needed to be done but they reassured me they would take care of it. I was VERY impressed on how quickly and efficiently they worked. We aren't done cleaning out everything but I know I will request these gentlemen when I gather some more funds together. Trash N Dash came yesterday to take an old couch away. The cost was lower than the telephone estimate; so, I asked them to give me a quote for tearing down and removing an old garden shed and also taking away two stacks of old fence boards. The guys at Trash-N-Dash came over and removed a lot of construction debris from my back yard. They had to carry the debris for some distance because you cannot drive into my back yard. It took them two loads and they worked well after normal hours to complete the job. They were very professional and even raked the area and removed every last bit of debris and made it look like a landscaper had been there. I highly recommend this company!
