They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. Thomas arrived in 7 minutes, assessed the situation and brought in one of his crew to start work. Before they could start, a roomful of personal items needed to be removed from the space that my aunt and I could not have handled on our own. He and his partner helped get that moved out quickly, but sensitively, before ripping out the carpeting and carpet padding, then setting up fans and humidifier. They worked so hard over several hours. Thomas visited everyday to check progress. We felt better for having them doing the work.
