I had a loaded garage to clean out, and I received a quote by phone after sending them pictures of the garage contents. Two employees arrived at the agreed upon time with their truck. They were told up front what needed to go and what did not. They immediately went to work and hand loaded many of the items. The large items were then moved outside so that the hydraulic jaws could pick them up and place them in the truck. We had an old hot tub that was literally rotting away in our yard. Trashouts came to the house within 24 hours of us calling, emptied the hottub, disconnected all of the electrical wiring, broke it all down and hauled it all away.
