Lost key to the pin for my bike rack hitch connection. Drove up on Saturday morning and was greeted by Cliff, the locksmith and Scout, the Golden Retriever. Lock was in a difficult position but he had it off in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend him for service, quality, value and I will be more careful with my keys in the future. read more

Took my car in for new key fobs and reprogramming. They were able to get me out the door in about a hour. All my questions were answered, and their prices were less than I was getting quoted from auto dealers. I am happy with the work they did, and will return if I need locksmith services in the future. read more

The other reviewers are 100% accurate regarding Cliff and his family owned business I called looking for help to change my locks in an emergency situation. A horrific situation was avoided and the house was secured. I couldn't ask for more caring and knowledgeable people. Cliff is honest, reliable , and extremely helpful. We just wanted to say THANK YOU! We had lost our keys to a Uhaul that we had rented and when we called Uhaul, they were able to find a locksmith but was going to cost an arm and a leg. We contacted Trask Mtn. Lock & Key, they were quick and had great prices. We did find the key packed in a box about 10 days later. We can't Thank You enough for your help! read more

I just purchased a home and set up an appointment with Trask Mtn Lock&Key. They arrived promptly, discussed with me what was needed. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. They quickly and efficiently completed the work. One of the locks, on an outdoor shed, required a trip to their shop. They completed that job very quickly and returned to the house later in the day. I am very satisfied with their work and with the price I was charged. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use their service again when needed. read more

Amazing service and went beyond what's expected. Great communicators and professional in every way. I experienced a burglary while on the other side of the country. We did everything by phone. Cliff was empathetic and courteous. He secured my home, and called to let me know how the perpetrators broke in. HIghly recommend. read more

They have several very kind and informative employees. It turns out, the key copying is only part of the trick for the key fobs, as (at least my) cars have a radio sensor on the ignition that checks if the fob part is approved (programmed). If the key part matches for my car, it'll turn radio on but won't kick ignition over unless the fob part is programmed. In my car's case this was a set of steps such as insert old key, turn on for some seconds, turn off, insert new key, turn on off several times, then it programs it in the car. The people at Henry's explained all of this to me made it very clear that I am welcome to Google and try and do the fob programming myself to save money, or they can try it, or they can order a fob that's more reliable than the flimsy Amazon fob, and if none of those work it'll take an actual dealership unfortunately to get the thing to program. And, they have TONS of key designs to get inexpensive copies of your house keys!

We can not possibly rate high enough the customer service, success with our project, and genuine kindness of the father and son duo of Trask Mountain Lock & Key. We have a vintage 1970s front door locking mechanism that was no longer functioning. After months of trying to find a fix and even considering replacing it with new (which we didn't want to do)...Cliff and Jeb listened to our desire to keep the original hardware (not just try to sell us a new one), problem-solve the immediate solution (graduation company arriving in a week) beyond our expectations, and resolve to look for the part we need in Portland and his online industry resources. They were able to come over the Saturday afternoon of the same day we walked into their store (so important when we both work out of town). Extremely polite and they only charged us their minimum rate. We look forward to working with them in the future and will be recommending them to everyone we know without hesitation!! read more
