In the heart of Verona downtown. Opens at 12:30pm and we got here 12:35pm. No reservations and was seated right away. As soon as we set, more and more people came in and by 1pm, it was full. Very nice mid-high scale restaurant, probably more high-end priced because of tourists and location.
We ordered a steak, truffle pasta and salad. Steak was cooked to medium rare as we asked for and it was so tender with balsamic vinegar sauce. Added salt and pepper for more taste and it was perfect!
The truffle pasta was good, however, I would not mind ordering something else if given another opportunity to come here. Salad was just a salad with olive oil. However, tiramisu was phenomenal.
As for the check, had to get the bill and go up to the cashier to make payment.
Overall, good service, delicious food, a bit on the pricey side, but worth the money. Recommend to make a reservation if not going to be at the restaurant as soon as they open. read more
