As others have mentioned, the seats were very cramped!! The horrible shaking of the bus, while driving on the highway might have been because of the bald tires! I can say that the bus driver was great. The Diamond Tours representatives that we met with were very nice. The absolute BEST thing that was done was the acknowledgment of the veterans at the dinner party. That was top notch!! However, because of the unsafe (and illegal) condition of the bus, for me, was a deal breaker and I would never take another Diamond Tours bus trip.
