I was told that there is a 90% chance of not making the flight. that I would not be allowed even a carry on. That I could cancel but would be offered no refund at all. Then they offer upgrades way over what the airline would charge. With a large change fee on top of it all. I would NEVER use them again. This ended up costing me way over what booking with Delta would have been. Guess it is good if you are very flexible. If not, pay the higher price and book with the airline.
