The company refused to cover the cost of a tow because they said that my larger than stock tires count as a "Modified Vehicle". I spoke to numerous customer service reps at the corporate office and none would offer any assistance aside from saying "It's a modified vehicle. We can't cover it". I asked if snow tires count as modified. They said yes. Beware. I have been paying them every year for 9 years for no reason whatsoever and will never use their service again.
