Lori knows about so many resorts and locations for vacations and honeymoons. She was able to recommend good excursions and any extras we may have been interested in based on her other travelers' experiences. As someone who has never flown out of the country and has only done one connecting layover flight before, I was extremely nervous about making it to our honeymoon in St. Lucia. To make my anxiety worse, we had our honeymoon booked during hurricane season, and we were constantly watching the weather. On many occasions, I thought, "it'll be so much easier to cancel and reschedule later," but Lori always assured me that she was keeping an eye out for travel-related issues. Up until the night before, when I was worried about our first flight getting delayed and missing our connection, she still kept reassuring me that we will all be ok and it rarely ever happens. We were thinking of taking a trip that was way beyond us to arrange ourselves, and decided that we definitely needed a travel agent. We saw the all the great online reviews for Lori and made an appointment to meet with her. She was very easy to work with and listened intently to the type of trip we were looking for (which, by the way, was all last minute with two words of description- tropical & warm). She gave us a list of resorts in the Playa Del Carmen area that were fine tuned to what we were looking for, along with her 1st choice, 2nd choice, etc., suggestions. We went with the Valentin Imperial Maya Resort and WOW- it was just as she described! It was absolutely perfect- from an incredibly beautiful tropical paradise, to the wonderful, out going and gracious people who work there that made our stay so pleasurable and memorable. My husband and I just used Lori for our second all-inclusive trip out of the country. First trip was to Rui Republica in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in July 2016. We just returned from our second trip to Couples Negril in Negril, Jamaica.
