I am a pretty avid believer that you should throw your trash away and treat others with dignity and respect. The actions of the driver reflect poorly on the company, and the actions (or non-actions) of the company show that they could care less about their city, their streets, and their patrons. I'm sure in an economical battle field where companies like Uber and Lyft make it more difficult for taxi and limo services to prosper, actions like these support people like me to look elsewhere for services when I am in the Chicago area. While I personally haven't used their service, their actions do not represent the values that I hold dearly. Our streets, cities, states, and country are not a garbage can for you to dispose your trash in. I hope this company rectifies the situation at hand, but until then, I will stand strongly by this honest review. I hope that others considering using their services take a second to look elsewhere, as there are many local and honest options to consider for your traveling needs.

The price of their services have definitely gone up since last I used them, but the limo bus was definitely just as nice as a limo with a lot more space. Appreciated them calling to confirm everything with the wedding in advance as well. My only negative comment is that we were told the party bus would have ice on it, and it did not have any ice at all so our drinks weren't cold :(

Additionally, the limo was decorated nicely and fit a party of 16 people very comfortably. Beyond that, the reason At Your Service deserves a 5 stars is because Ken himself went above and beyond to take care of the bride on an incredibly rainy day. We did all our photo's outside waiting for the rain to go from pouring to a drizzle and each time it slowed down, Ken would take a step stool out of his trunk so the bride could get out of the Limo easily, he'd then proceed to hold an umbrella over her head having complete disregard for how wet he was getting and would maintain the umbrella until the photographer was ready.
