I believe the public should be made…read moreaware that the owner of this family travel business, Kimberly Schimmer, has rented multiple townhomes that she owns as rental properties in neighborhing Yorkville to not one but two registered sex offenders. She owns multiple units within the Townes of Kendall Marketplace townhome community behind the Yorkville target. The community is heavily made up of young families with children and is near the children's park and local schools. This community is only 15 minutes away from Downtown Oswego. Kim apparently has no morals or standards, and will take any dirty rent money she can like the greedy landlord she is. She will knowingly rent to multiple sex offenders in a family community because she simply could not care less about me, you, or the safety of her fellow community members and families. One of the sex offenders had a 5 year old victim. Disgusting and Kim ought to be very ashamed of herself. Homeowners in the community like myself are working tirelessly to amend our HOA laws to forbid the renting of units to sex offenders. Sad that this even has to be made an official rule. Kim has 3 grandchildren in her Facebook profile. I wonder how she would feel if two sex offenders lived within a feet of her grandkids or family? I guess it's okay when it's other people's kids and families while she collects her dirty rent money. Do not support this business.
