Harrison booked us on the Disney Fantasy for a late september cruise. He warned us that it is…read morehurricane season and that there is a greater than not chance of running into bad weather, rain, hurricane's, delays, etc. He listened to all of our wants vs needs, showed all room types and stayed within our budget. We discussed shore excursions, the islands the ship was stopping at, shopping, the whole nine yards. He is very knowledgeable and patient, discussing with us every step of our trip. His biggest and fist recommendation was fly in the day before. He mentioned that, due to any unforeseen reason, a flight may be delayed or cancelled. And he planned a great day for us on that pre-cruise day, going to NASA. The complex is AMAZING as are the tours. We had an amazing time, and our kids love rockets!!! Boarding the ship is a waiting game, he said not to get there when Disney recommends you to, but go as early as we possibly could. He was right, we boarded the ship hours before Disney had originally scheduled for us. And as the room wasn't ready, we walked all around familiarizing ourselves with this massive ship. For excursions, he compared the cruise excursions vs a company called Shorex. The prices were half that of what Disney charged for the same exact excursions, and the ones with Shorex were only us. They also guaranteed to have us back to the ship prior to sailing or they'd fly us private to the next island. In Jamaica, Harrison recommended staying in the cruise terminal as the port is nowhere near where the excursions take place and also told us that Jamaica while being absolutely gorgeous, isn't the safest island. For Grand Cayman, the ship excursions were very expensive compared to what we did via taxi. We went to the turtle farm, it was so much fun, the kids were able to go in the tanks with the baby turtles and play with them, pick them up, and more. The same tour from the ship was 10x more than what we paid!!! We want to recommend Harrison to everyone

Courtyard Travel is the preferred travel agency for the BMW European Delivery program. They get…read moreprime billing on the website - showing their tour availability - and are the only travel agent that can give you the BMW/Lufthansa airfare deal, other than going direct to Lufthansa yourself. However, Courtyard Travel is only useful if you are wanting to book a crazy expensive getaway. We would have been happy to use them to book our trip if their prices would have been reasonable. Their booking fee was okay - $50pp, including all reservation costs, trip planning and driving instruction. If you aren't interested in doing your own planning, $50pp isn't that horrible. It was the hotel costs that caused my eyes to bug out. I was honest with them about budget and the man I spoke to basically laughed and told me that there was no way I could plan a weeklong trip to Germany and Austria on that budget. So we parted ways, I booked the airfare with Lufthansa and booked our accommodations on my own (and came in under budget, to boot). If you have a large budget, want to stay in the best places and don't care what you are charged (some of the hotel quotes he gave me were easy to beat with just a few minutes research), I'm sure Courtyard Travel will take good care of you. But I like to watch our pennies so that we can go on more trips instead.
