Check in was quick. The lobby amenities were explained to us. Everything about the room was very nice. There is a microwave and a very large refrigerator in the room. Room temperature was easy to regulate. Beautiful large screen TV with good reception. We were very impressed with the complimentary hot breakfast. Instead of the common 'make your own Belgium waffles', there was a machine that, with the touch of one button, automatically made you two pancakes. The pancakes tasted great and there was no mess like you often see with those Belgium waffle makes. How about this list of the other items that I can remember were offered: egg omelet, biscuits, gravy, turkey sausage, cinnamon rolls, cereals, apples, bananas, blueberry muffins, chocolate muffins, hard boiled eggs, bagels and other breads for toast. Especially Kevin. When I first started checking in, he did so while moonlighting as a painter, and handy man. I thought he owned the franchise because he has always been warm, friendly and committed to this property and me as a customer. When I mentioned that, he corrected me ensuring that "he is not an owner" which surprised me because I have only been treated as well by owners of franchises. I could only reply "Then they are very lucky to have you!". Later on I checked and saw that I was charged more than I was told the room would be so I asked the owner about this. They add additional fees and refuse to give an explanation of what they were for. The owner became very angry when asked and picked the monitor up off of the desk and aggressively pushed it towards my face and said that he doesn't like Travelocity customers and is going to stop honoring reservations from Travelocity.
