Especially Kevin. When I first started checking in, he did so while moonlighting as a painter, and handy man. I thought he owned the franchise because he has always been warm, friendly and committed to this property and me as a customer. When I mentioned that, he corrected me ensuring that "he is not an owner" which surprised me because I have only been treated as well by owners of franchises. I could only reply "Then they are very lucky to have you!".
