First, let's get the good out of the way. Clean Linen, upgraded bed. Trying to upgrade appliances. Has a regular size refrigerator. Heater works well. Friendly staff at the Super 8 where you check in. Continental breakfast is also at the Super 8. Wake-up call was on time. Now, everything else. Looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks(several large items left on floor: ring, eraser, stir stick); dust on top of the microwave; dirt on top of night stand; hair on top of shower drain; bathroom sink sagged from not having adequate support; severely outdated; toilet wouldn't flush because the chain from the handle to the plunger was broken; plastic cups for coffee; couldn't connect to wifi. The $59.00 AARP rate was way overpriced. I wouldn't pay half that! They say they are renovating but are so far behind and need to spend a LOT more attention to details and doing the day-to-day things better. A 1 rating is too high. At best I'd give it 1/2. read more
