Finding times that will work for a group our size was a nightmare since all the other couples were rescheduling also. But Lori not only held our hands through the entire process, she went above and beyond to seek out every avenue to make it less stressful on us both mentally and financially. She worked day and night to move us and our group to the date we chose and emailed, called and worked our flight and resort vendors to make it as painless as possible for my people. We lost nearly half our group in the reschedule and due to travel concerns and Lori handled all of my friends and family members with grace and understanding.
