We were promised ample time to move, despite them knowing my mother is 81, physically limited, and awaiting back surgery. One week before our agreed move-out date, we were told we had FIVE DAYS to be out. In desperation, Raul Jimenez offered "free" movers in exchange for a positive review. He left them unsupervised halfway through the move. They damaged appliances, scraped antique furniture, punctured brand-new flooring....Personal items went missing -- including my laptop, and $50 from my mother's wallet.
