Upon…read morearrival, you are greeted with multiple signs in the very front, giving you any and all instructions you may need before a clerk comes out to greet you. First and foremost, their new Walk in day and time is on Wednesdays from 9-12pm as of 3/26/25 and they usually take no more than 12 people max depending on how many agents they have working that day. They do say people start lining up as early as 6am on those days, so it's up to your discretion. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was greeted by a clerk who came out to the door, and they made sure you had everything ready to go before they allowed inside to wait on a clerk. They will check the application, ID'S, signed and notorized forms, etc... If you are missing something, they will let you know and explain the corrections needed to be made. I unfortunately had to return three times for failure to fill out the form correctly (It was a lot and nerve-wracking on my part). I thought it would have to wait months again before I could schedule another appointment but the clerk Christa and another lady (failed to get her name) were both very pleasant and understanding and they saw me distraught and offered all the help and even squeezed me in the next day to come see the lady first thing next morning. They truly are very friendly. Unfortunately, they just have to follow the government rules and make sure everything is correct before submitting everything over and that's where a lot of people get frustrated, understandably so but the clerks will work with you and help you make same day, next day or even weekend appointments to return instead of just dismissing you and telling you to make appointment online again. You can also pay for money orders at this facility with a debit card unless you want to have those ready or a personal check. Overall, I had a great experience. Just make sure everything is filled out accordingly and all documentation is available, and it should all go smoothly. No less than 20 minutes from them checking over paperwork to you paying and leaving. They do go over all instructions afterward regarding the timing of passports, what to expect, and where to go to track your passport. I wouldn't mind coming back to this location if I need to.

I filled it out within 15 minutes and went up to ask if everything looked okay. She told me to sit back down and wait to be called; standard, I assumed. What followed was two hours of being completely overlooked... Despite having an appointment, I watched walk-ins come and go. When I finally asked what was going on, staff began scrambling to find my name; only to realize I had been mistakenly crossed off the list as if I had been serviced. The same woman who originally gave me the form had essentially erased my appointment and ignored me the entire time. No apology. No accountability. It wasn't until I raised concern that another staff member rushed me through. I missed half my workday; important meetings at my corporate job; because of this neglect. There were no procedures in place to double-check if someone had been overlooked, nor was there any basic courtesy to follow up on someone who had been waiting silently for hours. If you value your time, I highly recommend going elsewhere. This office lacks organization, professionalism, and basic human decency in managing appointments and respecting customers time.

I arrived here around 9:10am on a Wednesday morning to submit passport application. This was in…read moreroom 108. I would advice entering the building from market street and not from the parking area. The parking area has 4-5 parking spaces specifically for passport services. When I arrived, there were 3 people waiting and 2 people being serviced. As it Turned out, it was families being seen, which took a long time. At 9:52, I was seen. Frances was the passport agent I worked with. She was friendly and proficient. I had to get a passport photo, which is $10. At, 10:07pm, I was done! Very quick and easy. If you want to be done so quick, you must follow directions. I had all my stuff: copies of ID and birth certificate and the paperwork filled correctly. They have a copy machine if you don't have one but it just takes longer. I advice you to double check your application form too. Besides the wait, which is at no fault of the employees, it was quick and easy. No complaints really. I can look on the online portal after a few days to check my application status. Also, they will have to keep and send your original birth certificate. You will get it mailed back, but it won't be until after you receive the passport in the mail. Fortunately for me, I have another copy of my birthday certificate, should I need it. I would recommend you do the same by just going to the courthouse and getting another certified copy.

I went there to ask a (somewhat tricky) question about our son's passport renewal and to get a photo taken for my own passport renewal. Regarding the photo, don't bother with CVS or Walgreens, who both charge $17 plus tax. For $11 even you get two photos at the office, done right the first time. Regarding my specific question, it was answered efficiently and promptly (the employee had to go upstairs to get clarification, which I greatly appreciated). If it weren't for our friendly chat (which I enjoyed), I would have been in and out in less than 10 minutes (I arrived at 11:30 on a Wednesday morning....maybe I got lucky with my timing?). What a pleasant experience!

I wouldn't ever thought AAA would do a loyal devoted customer this way . I don't know anything about a guideline, I trusted AAA to informed me, if I was out of compliance. I really believe I have been treated unfairly.., I was treated by AAA company without a warning, They would send a warning for my payment that was due , or a notice for my renewal.I have referred so many customers to AAA, thinking they were ok, but they're not reliable, I have been having problems with their service for the last 5 years, but I still stayed a loyal customer to this company , being self employed, I know a loyal customer is very important for business and a strong marketing tool for my business..I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone because of their quality of service is very down, and their prices has went up tremendously. I did some research, and there are other great companies out there that do a lot more than AAA, and they value you as a customer...I talked to Lexis with AAA, she wanted to argue instead of correcting the problem, she was over talking me, so she didn't care about anything I was saying... They said I used my card too much over the last few years,but I recalled I went for several years, without using the card, why wasn't my membership cancelled for non use, although I was still paying my dues and payment that was due... I am talking from real truthful experience.. It is a bad company not trustworthy or dependable.
