However, today we go and pick up our Lab and she has a cut on her side. When we asked what happened we were told "no idea. Maybe she ran into a cabinet or table but we will check the footage from the groomers office and let you know." The manager calls me and OF COURSE the cameras are down. The manager then tells me that maybe the groomer clipped her when shaving her..... she wasn't shaved! She only had a bath! Do not take your dogs here. Such bad service and my poor dog had to pay the price.

Steven, the owner is very down to earth and you can tell right away how much he loves animals. Our dogs never responded so openly and happily to any of our other walkers. And when it comes to our dogs, its who they like that's important to us most. Not once have they ever lost our keys, left our door unlocked, or missed a walk. We can only speak for Steven, the president, as we have never had any other walker from his company. We live in his service area and couldn't be happier about it. Between the flexibility, daily notes and status on new tricks he is working on with our dogs, we actually feel informed for once.
