We scheduled a ride home and due to the snow storm they "assumed" all flights would be canceled so they canceled our pickup. When I spoke to them, they were argumentative....the drivers have to shovel out...it's still snowing...etc. The reason you spend more for a car service is reliability. You also expect professional communication. We arrived at Logan and there were multiple car services waiting for their valued customers. We were able to get an uber within minutes for less than ProLimo and with far better customer service skills. I suggest thinking twice before you count on them. Since writing this the owner has decided to argue with a repeated customer on Yelp instead of calling the customer to discuss the matter.

Prices are competitive, but these guys are my go-to. I'm 6'5" and they always have Yukons with plenty of leg room, complimentary water, and the vehicles are always sparkling clean and smoke-free. There was only one review of this company so I was suspicious that it might have been written by…read morethe owner or a friend. None-the-less, I decided to give him a try. And was pleasantly surprised. I called to arrange a pickup from Roslindale to the airport for the next afternoon at 4 PM. Fred took the call and told us he'd be there. The next afternoon, I called at 3 PM to confirm and said he was welcome to come as early as 3:30. He was here at 3:25 and called us from outside to say he was there. The cab was clean and quiet and we had a nice chat on our way to the airport. He offered to pick us up a week later so I e-mailed him our flight info. He confirmed receipt. I e-mailed him that afternoon to confirm and called him when the plane touched down. By the time we'd cleared baggage, he was waiting for us in the limo lot. Again a smooth safe ride home and he even told me about a good new sub shop in the area. I cannot speak too highly of him and I've already recommended him to a friend. This is the way service is supposed to be.

A Plus was a great deal and had good customer service. Very responsive via email and phone. We received a 24-hour confirmation email, and a 6 hour confirmation email that included the driver's contact info (name, cell, photo, etc). Very helpful although we didn't need it because the driver was on time, and nice. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. It could seat 6 (7 including driver) but we only needed 4 seats.
