First of all, Travelers is listed under "taxi service/airport shuttle". I have used it as both and was left waiting at Logan Airport for so long after making an advance reservation that I took a taxi home. Call it what you want, it's a car with a driver and certainly not a professional car service like Carey Transportation which has a Mercedes and uniformed driver. I was also left stranded at Greenbush Station in Scituate after making a reservation hours in advance. The guy who answered the phone was on his own cell phone and the only driver working. He told me there was nothing he could do. He was the only driver on and couldn't pick me up for 4 hours! The person working in the morning hadn't told him anything. So you can call it a car service or anything you want, I call it amateur. I have used sedan and limo services all over the country and in the UK and never been treated worse than by this company. This business is rubbish, look elsewhere. I think Yelp should investigate the bogus review by the owner or someone connected to him in response to my previous review. It seems he chooses to respond on here rather than picking people up as he agreed to or finding someone who can.

No other explanations of rules, policies or regulations. It was not a contract. However the night before my scheduled date I came down with Covid. I immediately contacted him that night and explained my situation. I asked if he could please refund my deposit. He informed me that it was non-refundable. I then proceeded to ask if he could send me the contract or agreement where it stated his non-refundable policy. It was written no where on the invoice he sent me. He never sent anything. He has NO website or any type of promotional material for that matter. He is a cab driver that decided to make money off of people by scamming them. Beware of booking with this one man company. However, when I explained to him that we had an early morning flight and needed a pick-up at 4:45 AM he immediately said "Oh... I can't do that, we're all booked up." I'm quite sure the problem was the time was inconvenient for him and not a case of them being too busy. My family and I visited Boston recently to visit my dad and his sister. They actually live in a…read moretown called Hull, which south of Boston on the Bay. By boat, it's about 20 minutes to Boston but by car it's almost an hour. The boats stop running around 7 p.m. so we decided to take a limo to our very first game at Fenway. I love this idea because then we don't have to deal with directions, traffic or parking. Seaport Livery came through when we needed a car to take us to the game! Our driver was five minutes early for our scheduled pickup and he was totally prepared to make our trip really comfortable. There were small snacks and water waiting for us in the car when we arrived in case we were hungry. He knew his way around Hull and was able to get us into the city in under an hour, even in traffic. Awesome! Our driver was super nice and very chatty, which I enjoy. He shared a lot of information about Boston and baseball, which was really great for all of us in the car. The game was delayed in the 5th inning due to rain, so we decided to just high tail it out of there and get back home. We called to arrange a pickup and our driver knew exactly where to get us to avoid baseball traffic. We only had to walk two blocks and the pickup was super fast and easy. Our ride back was much like our ride to the game and that was A-OK with me! More talk of baseball and the driver's life growing up in Boston. Super awesome! All in all, very wonderful service. We paid about $120 total with tip and that is totally worth it to avoid all of the hassles that come along with driving in a new place to a baseball game. The service was really great and on time, which is always a plus in my book. They offer airport drop offs/pickups, private charter for parties, events, dances, etc. and some other services to suit your needs. Give 'em a call!

Unfortunately I can't remember his name now, but he was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He took care of all the details and was very thorough while somehow at the same time giving me the feeling I was talking to a long lost friend. On our trip to the airport we were picked up promptly at 4:30 am by our driver Laurie, who was fabulous despite the early hour! She got us there quickly and we were all at ease and relaxed by the time we got there. She is a hoot! On our return trip as soon as I took my phone off airplane mode after landing I was greeted with a text from Dave, our return driver. He gave us instructions on where he was waiting for us, conveniently outside the luggage pickup area. Unfortunately, we came home to a snow storm but thankfully Dave is a fabulous driver, who made us all feel at ease even though we encountered many slippery, unplowed roads. We will definitely be using Seaport Livery in the future and I have already recommended them to multiple people! Leave the driving to these true professionals!
