After working with Lisa Person, I can't imagine using any other agency again. The difference in service was stark. I could email or call her on the weekend-no 9-5 Monday thru Friday frustrations. She negotiated better prices whenever possible. Her little tips were spot on. We had no problems or surprises at any part of our land/river cruise. When we had questions she found answers quickly. Lisa made the entire trip a breeze! Her communication and customer service made the whole experience worry free! The resort she recommended in Mexico was exactly what we were looking for. She had much advise on documents needed and apps to make our trip easier - the mobile passport app saved us so much time when we got back to the states! Having her expertise made the whole experience trouble free and we will definitely book with her again!!! read more

We've camped here two years in a row. Last year we really enjoyed it and this year we feel as…read morethough the campground as a whole has regressed. The staff has been very friendly. The things that have declined in the past year: 1) The pool - it's now extremely dirty, the bottom is slimy and slick because it hasn't been cleaned and there is dirt everywhere. 2) The wibit has changed and gotten smaller than it was last year. 3) The expensive firewood was so wet the two times we ordered it that it wouldn't burn after an hour of trying everything. 4) The quality of food has decreased significantly. Last year we really enjoyed the fresh squeezed lemonade and the pizza, however, this year it was super disappointing (especially for the price you pay). 5) The amount of bugs and flies is almost unBEARable, (see what I did there). I understand we are camping and that there are going to be bugs, but this is excessive to the point where we didn't want to sit outside to eat or enjoy a potential fire, because they were attacking from every direction (despite candles, spraying the grass around our site and bug spray). Overall, there are still some things we would return for, but super sad that it isn't the experience we had last year.

Lisa did a great job of helping us plan our trip to Europe. We gave her the cities we were visiting and she did the rest. We loved our hotels in both Barcelona and San Sebastian and really enjoyed the walking tapas tour she lined up for us. Lisa was available and ready to help when we ran into a slight delay with our luggage. I would highly recommend using Traveling Person - I plan to in the future! read more
