They quoted and booked only one way, which was not at all clear to us from their communication nor from the invoice we received. We wasted 2 days of our vacation trying to resolve the problem as the remaining transfer options were very limited and expensive. We received no help from the Portugal agency who made the mistake in the first place. The Club Med resort itself was a great experience (Serre Chevalier, French Alps) and it was the resort manager who helped to resolve our transfer issue at her own business expense. I would highly recommend Club Med and the Serre Chevalier resort, just don't book it through the local Portugal agency.

I attended a conference and stayed at this hotel for over a week. They work very hard to keep it…read moreclean and make you happy. The restaurant has a very nice complimentary breakfast buffet that has a wide selection of food. They have fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cereal, cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, a couple different scrabled eggs, eggs cooked to order, crapes with nuttela, and much more. They have many drink options and will bring you others without hesitation. The restaurant seems a bit over priced and not the greatest outside of the breakfast though. You can spend less and get better food walking to some of the amazing restaurants within a 20min walk. The rooms where pretty nice. Some I saw had carpet and some had tile. They all have their own AC, but I was also able to just leave the window open and could stay comfortable. I stayed in one room for 5 nights and another for two nights. Both rooms had little things wrong here and there that could have been easily fixed. I am not sure why they neglect them. They hosted the conference very well and always had the rooms ready and in good working order. They would do coffee and pastry breaks that where ready in time and delicious. The front desk employees are exceptionally nice and more then happy to help however they can. They would call is a taxi and it would be there right when we walked out the door or within a min or two. I would absolutely stay here and attend a conference here again. They are a lovely hotel that I doubt you will be disappointed in.
