When we arrived, the office was tucked inside the community center, which made it a little difficult to find at first. However, the staff was very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. Our site was a bit tight for our truck and 44-foot rig, especially since the campground was aware of our setup when we made the reservation. That said, the pool area, courts, community centers, and fitness area were all very nice and well maintained. After a long drive, we had hoped there would be a small camp store on-site so we wouldn't have to leave again, although there are stores conveniently located nearby. The grounds were clean and well kept, and it looked like improvements were being made with some homes being updated and new sites added. Overall, it's a decent spot to camp and has a lot of nice amenities to enjoy.

I had been looking into various packages on my own, and was getting so frustrated. Angel not only took over, she was responsive and positive throughout. Her customer service is exemplary. What made my family's Disney getaway even better is the care package that she sent to my daughter and her friend. It was packed with Disney goodies and the girls were in on Cloud 9! And even better? When we got to the hotel, we received perks (only 10/day for parking, vs 30) that I know I would not have received had I booked this on my own. Now I can't speak to savings for everyone, but I know that I booked far enough in advance and I saved several hundred from what I was calculating when I started to research hotels and Disney passes. Endless emails and phone calls for the last 7 months to try and get it all sorted out and its still not correct. After getting my reservations and race registrations corrected it now appears like my fathers have disappeared. I never got any kind of invoice and receipt of any kind. I still get emails that say a payment is due even though I paid in full months ago. Whats the point of a travel agent if I need to contact Disney myself directly to get any answer or resolutions. would not recommend unless you headaches and stress.
