I usually book a vacation at least twice annually. I booked with this agency for the first time this past April and after I booked, I found out that I have to call every single time i need to make a payment towards my cruise. I have also booked another vacation with another agency who allows me to submit my payments online...super convenient!! Cruises & Moore doesn't have these capabilities and on top of that, I had to use the same person to submit my payment each and every time. And she wasn't available half of the time, so I had to keep calling back just to make a payment. It was ridiculous.!!!! I cancelled my cruise almost a month ago and still haven't received my refund. The owner didn't even know the procedures for initiating a refund. I would never refer anyone to this agency, nor will I ever book with them again.

Everyone was helpful. We had another great experience after our cruise. There was a staff member stationed at every checkpoint directing us. Our luggage was waiting for us when we got off the boat and there was no wait. The only delay was waiting for our rideshare to leave the port.

They operate on a staggered boarding process where you claim a time to board days before you leave and are well-staffed and clean. My group of 15 and I were very content with our experience here in mid-March 2026. We had a 10:30am boarding time reserved. Disembarkment is a bit more unorganized than boarding - it ended up being a bit more "open world" vs "linear" getting outta there if we are speaking in video game terminology. Nonetheless, the Port of Tampa Bay is a well-oiled machine and I wouldn't mind if I needed to go through here on any future cruises.

I honestly couldn't remember whether I had been through this airport before, but if I had, I certainly didn't remember it being this large. The layout took a little getting used to, especially with the tram ride to and from the rental car area, but everything was somewhat clearly marked and easy to navigate. The giant flamingo sculpture in the middle of the airport was impossible to miss and quickly became a favorite landmark for the kids. It's one of those unexpected touches that gives an airport a little personality. We also flew out of Tampa at the end of our trip, and the departure experience was smooth and stress-free. That's about the highest compliment I can give an airport when traveling with children. One minor downside: the Starbucks in our terminal was already sold out of quite a few food items and it wasn't even midday yet. Fortunately, we were able to grab sandwiches from Potbelly, which worked out just fine. Overall, Tampa International was clean, efficient, and much easier to navigate than many airports of a similar size. We'd be happy to fly through here again.

I was told to go to an office to pick up the key five miles away. I have infant twins and can't drive so my mom went to get it for us. It was cold and she stood outside the door at 9 and they just watched her. Eventually they let her in several minutes after 9. When mom went in I was on the phone the entire time...They were the ABSOLUTE RUDEST group I've ever dealt with (and I've traveled to 38 countries). The MOTEL is not very nice, the price is ridiculous and the rental agency was HORRIBLE to deal with. Stay away is my advice.

The owners are so accommodating and it's a family operated small business, my favorite kind. No dealing with rude property managers here. The family is local so they had all the answers to my questions. My units had a full kitchen so I saved money on eating out every meal and it was pet friendly.
