One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. That's always a plus these days and for someone like me who likes to do the paperwork ahead of time, that is offered as well so even before getting to my appt I was impressed. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment. I've been to A LOT of chiropractors over the years but I've never met one as nice, thorough, and not trying to get me to do or buy a bunch of things. She has come leaps and bounds through those. Barely has breakouts anymore. Only from really from stress (which he can address too!) I had an allergy to chicken (mostly but poultry too) & I have to readdress it occasionally. My issue is digestive, not anaphylactic. But the results from his work are incredible. I left in January due to many office conflicts of "entitlement" expressed by employees related to the owner, and I was at my wit's end. These visits are designed to reduce stress and pain, not add to it. My appointments were ALWAYS perfect when Kelley was there. After she was gone, it was one mess after another, so after a 1 hour and 45-minute conversation with my insurance, I opted to stop coming. Today, I returned with pleasure because things were as close to perfect as they could be. I love the welcomeness, the friendly attitude, and the overall relaxing feel of the office.
