Key areas: Getting refills promptly addressed via portal and without having to place a call to let them know a request has been put in. Ensuring the RIGHT medication is being refilled. Follow up- if there's an issue with insurance or payment or test results or prescriptions, you will not receive a call. You might not even be notified on the portal. To get proper medical service, the patient needs to be on top of them for all the above reasons. If you are an active and engaged participant in your own medical care and are willing to double check things, you'll be fine here. I can say that, for me, I've seen some improvement from years past.

Rather than reach out to me and apologize for everything I had to go through with the office, Dr Bramwet wrote back on my patient portal showing that he didn't care about me as a patient. It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.

As a customer of NCFP you do not come first and will leave fatigued after trying to work thru all this with them. Your health is one of, if not the most important, focuses of your life whether young or old. It is a shame the front end and back end of services provided at this company make the middle (medical/healthcare services) not worth the experience you must endure to get to it. I'm guessing the principals of this company must be focusing on the medical/healthcare service quality exclusively and have never walked to the front of their business for a QA on the way their front office employees treat their customers. The result is a bunch of loosy goosey employees making a mockery of what otherwise could be a viable, profitable and serious business. Run, don't walk, away from this business.

Urgent care cannot diagnose things beyond flu, covid, and other basic illnesses. They told me they couldn't do anything for me and to just go to the ER. They charge $30 upfront. After the appt, they sent another bill for $156. My low rating is to due to being charged $200 for a useless appt. Like most of US healthcare, they are a business.
