They were good when I first joined years ago but in the past 3 years they have steadily declined. 1. Dr's / PA have quit. This is what made the practice great in the beginning. They cared and would listen and actually knew who you were and followed up. Now, you're constantly having to chase them for renewals, rx, approvals, diagnosis, next steps because they don't know you. RX aren't followed up upon or takes forever to get renewal, takes weeks to get an appt, months for routine appt, every year they tell me I don't need a physical exam when I use to have one at least every year and the pap every other year (it just feels like they just don't want to do it), dropped the ball on approving Rx, It could be that they are victim of their own success. Too many patients, even though they no longer take new patients. I don't ever see a Dr or a RN any more, it's always a PA. 2. Their front desk check in people are annoying. I feel like it's not a genuine atmosphere 3. Their Phlebotomist is rough when they take your blood and so grumpy when she does it 4. there is ALWAY ALWAYS ALWAYS an hour wait even if you get there 5-10mins early and checked in. Only way to avoid this is if you are the first appts of the day. 5.They tend to fob you off to specialists because it is "beyond their scope" but then don't recommend any specialists. I really hate to have to look for a new dr practice but it looks like i may have to. I wish I didnt have to.

GROWN FOLK PROBLEMS!…read more After missing a couple of visits, I finally dragged myself to the doctor, (fat, miserable and feeling guilty). I really like my doctor and I think that the more you like your doctor, the guiltier you feel if things aren't "on point", because you feel like you let them down. Anyway, I always go into the office a few days prior to my visit in order to complete my blood work so that when I have my appointment, my results can be reviewed at that time. I love this process. So we sit down and review the results and am still in that "pre-diabetic danger zone". Uggghhhh! Keep in mind, I am now fully hooked up, (fancy activity watch, fancy scale, wireless blood pressure monitoring and a health coach), but I felt as if I was not making progress quickly enough. My doctor has a very gentle manner and took her time to thoroughly explain my test results and answer my questions. She did not seem to be very alarmed by my situation, (probably because I had mentioned that I was really working on improving), but I was mentally "freaking out". I took the paperwork home and studied the results and allowed everything to marinate. I then decided that I needed to make additional lifestyle changes because those results were just not acceptable. With a few simple changes, (increasing activity, tweaking the diet, and downsizing the holiday table), I am feeling so much better, and have come to appreciate the value of keeping those annual appointments and actually following recommendations. If you are a healthy adult, good for you! Staying that way is important and an internist who specializes in the prevention and diagnoses of adult diseases can help you stay on a healthy path. Dr. Bhushan creates an environment where you feel comfortable enough to discuss anything and you want to work toward positive change. Bottom line: She'll make you want to be a better patient and that is priceless! :)

FIRST: I want to thank Rhonda, I had came in a few weeks ago for a potential kidney infection..not only did Rhonda call me daily to check on me, when my symptoms progressed (as I have ms) she called numerous places to get me in for imaging asap to figure out the issue: so thank you Rhonda for going above and beyond for me. She actually listened to my symptoms and showed she cared. SECOND:I would thank Meaghan. I went in to discuss potential infection and heightened anxiety. Meaghan not only was the first person to make me feel comfortable enough to open up to but she validated my feelings which meant more then words can explain. After numerous doctor's appointments finding someone who truly listens and try everything they can to help. She takes her time with her patients, and is very thorough throughout the entire appointment. Last but not least I would like to thank Stefani as she is practically family to me..but every time I have an emergency she never fails to help me find the best solution. Her laugh is contagious, and she can be a bundle of joy. It's nice being able to count on her when I need medical care. Thank you 3 for making such an impact for my health!!

I sent him a message through my patient portal describing the series of unfortunate events that had transpired. I even went there in person and the same mistake wad made yet again. It was a simple prescription request that required several phone calls, an in-person visit and a message on my patient portal. Rather than reach out to me and apologize for everything I had to go through with the office, Dr Bramwet wrote back on my patient portal showing that he didn't care about me as a patient. It was incredibly disappointing. When I tried to write back again, my account had been deactivated So hard to find a doctor that truly cares about his patients. Dr Bramwell certainly doesn't.
