We bought a house full of furniture- cash and had issues with some of the furnishings. I was told I'd get a callback for compensation instead a received a text message saying you got a good deal already.... wow what great customer service. The manager David could not even pick up the phone and return a call. Instead he puts the sales person to do his dirty work. This company is in the process of bringing in a new furnishings company which carries very poor quality. Buyer beware!!!!

As it was 18 years old, we needed to purchase a new one and get it the same day, since keeping ice on her was a necessity. Jano's came through, letting me place an order over the phone and guaranteed delivery that same day, even if their employees had to stay late. The delivery men arrived about 7:15 Friday evening, even removing the back door to get her old one out and her new one in. They set it up completely and were courteous and efficient. I would highly recommended this company; they can do what the big stores can't and you are supporting a local business. A win-win!

So I filed a claim with Ashley Furniture and they denied my claim stating it was an "as is item". No working number for extended warranty and no email. Not a good business will never buy from here again.
