The management knew it had occurred, but never contacted me about it and let me discover it on my own. I am glad I moved my stored items to Bastrop Guardian. As long as Michael is caring for the property I expect to use their service for a long time. My advice to new renters...take the time to read all of the information Michael gives you. It will provide all the answers you need and prevent any misunderstandings. Ive read the negative reviews and checked it out for myself.
