Deidre called me right back and set up the appointment. The appointment was confirmed 24 hours before my pickup and she arrived 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, I left my phone where I was staying and noticed once we got on i-95. Deidre was so gracious and offered to return to my pickup address to pick up my phone. The drivers are kind, patient, helpful, and take my lead if i am in a chatty mood or prefer some quiet time. Prices are reasonable and you can set your account up to include gratuities so no scrambling last minute for cash tip for the driver. I choose them every time- sure they may cost more than ube but i gladly give a few extra bucks for this family-run business, and for my own peace of mind.
