I'm not surprised to see this place has bad reviews. I live in a neighboring community and have some health issues regarding anxiety which affect my heart. The constant loud music and concerts make it impossible to maintain my health in my own home and as a public servant I cannot afford to move. This place will have music so loud that with my windows closed and a loud fan on, I can still feel the base in my chest. I've asked them nicely to please turn the music down because even at half the volume, their entire property would still hear and enjoy the live music but they told me they don't have to. I am a Retired Army Combat Veteran that is struggling a little bit. April Greeted me right away and spent at least an Hour with me looking for a Bike that would fit me and my budget. Believe me I figured I was wasting her and my time. We couldn't find the Bike I looked for alone, it was already sold. She found me one that fit perfectly when I sat on her, but the Finance department ran me on another bike and just like I figured I was turned down without a cosigner. So I went home. Later on the Finance Manager Shawn called me and asked me when I could come back down, that he found something that would work for me. Low and Behold it was for the same Bike that April picked out for me. And I walked out of there with my very 1st Harley Davidson, a 2011 Wide Glide. Beautiful bike With flames. They asked me to pick out a helmet and jacket. But I could not afford them either. But I had the Motorcycle, I haven't come up with a name for her yet, lol A few days later I got a call from Cody to come back down and get my Helmet. Being a Veteran they really appreciated that and I got a very nice Harley and a Harley helmet Which Amanda Picked out for me. She works in apparel and was super nice to me.I figured it was just gonna be one of those dreams you never fulfill and take to the grave. But all the staff truly bent over backwards for me to make it happen, and to help out an Old Veteran. I could write a book on this place but there's not enough space. My advice is STEER CLEAR of this dealership. They go through managers and salespeople like water from a leaking faucet. Very nice bike shop for Harleys! Went in there to buy a Harley and the selection was pretty good! A Fatboy goes for around $22,500. Finance manager gets a 5 star! The salesman was very nice and went out of his way to get me a brand new Harley from another store. Here's the problem! After ordering my bike and getting a good price the salesman made a racists remark about my hometown, Dearborn Michigan. This is Florida and this man made disparaging remarks about Arabs. I am Arab American and with my conscience would not allow me to buy a bike from this man. Overall, it's an incredible store. It's a shame that America has people that look at color and race and think it's appropriate to make comments about one's ethnicity. Whatever happened to humans and civility in societies? Apparently the parts department were too busy to take my call, so I left my name and number with a receptionist who seemed clueless as to anything motorcycle-related, hoping for a call back from parts. Out of state internet sale. I paid for a certified Deluxe. What I got was a bike with a dead battery as well as rust and corrosion on the wheels, spokes and forks. Should have checked BBB! I bought a 2013 Road Glide custom in July 2021. It's now January 2022 and I still do not have registration of title. Andy in service is great but the kid in financing is a liar and a thief. I financed through them and I asked if there was any penalty for early loan pay off. They said no, they outright lied . After a few months I wanted to pay off and found the payoff amount was 50% higher than the original loan amount. I love the service I get but will never do business with them again!! read more

Purchased a 2022 Road Glide Limited from them on a Wednesday and when they brought the bike around from washing it right away I noticed a tire pressure warning for the rear tire. I showed it to the salesman Bobby and he said it's just the fluctuation in temperature so he took it and filled up the rear tire. I took it and on the way home the neutral light kept coming on while riding so I had to make plans to bring it back and decided to go back that weekend. When I go on the bike I again noticed the tire pressure was low again so I had to fill it. When I brought it back they looked at the neutral light and the rear tire. The tried to reproduce the neutral light issue but weren't able to so they added dielectric grease to the connectors and also said they looked at the tire and found nothing wrong. On the way home again the light kept coming on so that wasn't fixed! Also; again after letting the bike site for a couple days the tire pressure kept dropping. I finally took the bike to Alligator Alley Harley and they found the reason for the tire problems as soon as they put it on the lift. The tire had a screw in it and I had to replace the tire. Not only did Treasure Coast not look at it I ended up paying for a new tire, $500, for something that should have been replaced before taking possession of the bike. Even if you see and say something; always make sure you get a service ticket and make sure it's in writing because you'll end up loosing every time! read more

Don't buy anything in the store unless your absolutely sure you like it or it fits. I bought a hat on Saturday May 27th tried it on at home in front of the mirror and realized it looked ridiculous on me. I paid cash never took the tags off and had the receipt. Tried to return it today May 30th and the they refused to give me cash back only a store credit. That's so they get to keep their money. I don't currently want anything else from there but I'm forced to spend my money there. Not to mention the prices are crazy! Pretend much every store you buy something from gives your money back however you paid as long as it's within the time frame and you have a receipt. Was trying to work out a deal over the phone and the manager Shawn just hang up the phone on me after asking him what was the price of one of his pre-owned motorcycles. He stayed "I have plenty of customers here with money in their hands to talk to you over the phone about a deal". He didn't even offer a call back. His business game needs a lot of improvement. An absolutely terrible experience. The GM Sean is not a man of his word, even after making a verbal and text agreement for the sale of a 2020 CVO..Recieved a text message advising the green light for the sale. In addition contact with one of his sales reps who gave me specific guidance on the sale and time to set up the purchase. Due to Christmas I was instructed to come in on 12/26. The store is closed on 12/25... On 12/24 at 1600 hours, I received a call from another sales rep advising the bike I was going to be purchasing was sold. While following up only via text because they would not answer my phone calls, the GM stated he had employees he needed to pay.Like I illustrated earlier the sale was a done deal on 12/26. I sold my business Terra Fermata in Stuart to my partner of 9 years. After sitting around doing nothing, I thought that I would try selling Harley Davidson Motorcycles for Treasure Coast Harley. I own 3 of them and have owned eleven over time, so I'm pretty well versed with them. Worked there for almost a week and was never paid for anything. Asked them repeatedly to collect my bank information for direct deposit and was told repeatedly that they would collect my information to get me paid. After talking to a couple of employees that had already been there four weeks only to learn that they had not been paid either. I don't work for free and told management that I quit. That was over three weeks ago... They still haven't made any effort to pay my for my services. Very disappointed in the way they treat their employees.. It's really a crime the way they take care of their employees.. My attorney is going to sue them for non-payment Very shortly. I worked here for a few weeks and wow...I would never have expected a Harley Davidson dealership to be ran the way they run that place. They will tell you they have exactly what you're looking for no matter what, it's all about money, they'll lie to you about anything to get you to sign those papers. I worked there for a few weeks and would not deal with the lying and deceit. They told me to tell every single person that called asking for a specific bike, color model, etc. that we had one in stock, even if we didn't. It didn't matter if they lived 5 minutes away or 10 hours, they're way of making it seem right is that "It's we'll have something they'll be happy with" They also withheld my first check, promising me every day I'd have it by the end of the day but never received it. read more

Honestly if I could give this dealership a 0 I would. I purchased a bike from this dealership 4/2021. Prior to buying the bike I inquired about a specific bike they had advertised on their website and was told they had it and I asked to put a deposit on it, I was told no need to do that it will be here when you arrive. We drove 3 hours and arrived close to their opening time only to find out it "sold that morning". Devastated that we made the 3 hour drive to leave empty handed I decided to look at other bikes and eventually settled on a different one. I should have know that this dealership would be shady from that first interaction but I was excited to buy my first motorcycle and looked past the old "bait and switch" mentality to get me in the door. Months after my purchase I would occasionally see that exact same bike still posted for sale, in fact as of today (2/3/2021) it's still on their site as "available". Fast forward to September I sell the bike I purchased from them to upgrade at a different dealership. I contacted them the day after I sold it to request a refund of the extended warranty and gap coverage I purchased. After a month and half of weekly calls I finally get a letter from the extended warranty company that they received my request on 10/18/2021 to cancel the policy effective 9/1. My reimbursement is to be mailed to the dealership. After months of following up with the dealership I am told on 12/23 the check is in the mail, I spoke with the GM (Shawn) on 1/27 to be told he was looking into this matter and would call me back.... Surprise surprise no call back. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. There are plenty of other dealers that you could go to and have a bike you want transferred to just to not have to deal with the staff at this location. read more

This Place is an Absolute Scam. We brought our bike in for repairs after an accident & they kept the bike for about 8-Months. That's how long it took them to repair it. They finally brought me my bike back but they lost the License Plate & Lost the Original Keys so they had a single blank copy made. I decided to trade it in for a different bike & after negotiations with Shawn (Manager) Zero Down was required but after going into sign loan agreement they asked for $5000 Down. When we asked to speak with Shawn he refused to talk to us. We ended up leaving & did Not make a deal. I purchased multiple bikes from this store & never had an issue. RUN AWAY from this place. OK, the dealer is nice, Nick and Sully, and most of the people are great to work with. DO NOT however buy a bike from this ownership. Victoria Taylor in finance is very defensive and rude to customers who ask questions. She will badger you about the extended warranty and HD credit to the point of refusing to work with your personal bank at triple the interest rates. (I refinanced and saved 9K) She will tell you 'FL Law' requires all these 'standard' fees and they are non-negotiable, look at the law, or just go to a different dealer and you'll see through this sham. Those fees total over $2000 by the way, FL registration runs about $250, these guys charge $600, plus another $425 for titling, and a whole list of other doc, admin etc fees. $650 for 'reconditioning' for a bike with 900 miles? and won't tell you what was done to the bike. Law says the fees are negotiable, and they required to give fee details, and to tell you if it contains profit for them, ask and Victoria will hang up on you or throw you out of her office. I also waited through 2 temp tags because they didn't submit paperwork for 2 weeks after I signed everything. Did I mention they tried to have me sign blanks docs? gave me the wrong out of state forms, and the bill of sale didn't match the promissory note. Again most of the people I dealt with were great, but Victoria is ignorant of the law, very defensive and rude to work with and not very accurate with her paperwork. Scam artist at the helm of your deal will never be good for you - I'll repeat DO NOT reward this dealer with your business. They are outright liars and cheats with consumers. read more

I purchased a new battery for my 2016 electra october 1, 2022 here in Stuart from Treasure coast Harley. I used the Harley charger to keep the battery charged during the 5 month storage in my air conditioned garage. upon return I found my battery not able to start my bike. I removed the battery from my bike and brought it to treasure coast harley and was told it has a 12 month warrantee. I was 1 month over the warrantee. The service agent would not provide a replacement battery. I explained my concerns given the age of the battery and that i used a harley charger but to no avail. I then requested to speak directly to the service manager whom I saw roaming around in the back room. He went to get the manager but returned without him. He then told me the manager said he coud do nothing for me. The manager didnt have the common curtesy to tell me this to my face. He lacked the fortitued, courage and balls to face me in person. So, $190.00 battery will now cost them all sales from this consumer. Great choice Treasure coast. YOU ARE DEF NOT THE BEST HARLEY DEALER IN THE AREA. I have purchased two motorcycles from this location. Each time, I was treated fair. No haggling. I told them what I could do and they worked with me each time. They made it their goal to make sure I walked out with what I wanted. My most recent new 2022 Fatbob was purchased there. They even honored the sale that I missed just days before. I walked out with what I wanted, and what I felt I was willing to pay. No bullshit. These guys have consistently made me feel as a valued customer. The General Manager happened to call me initially and was cordial over the phone, he even gave me his cell phone number. After providing the specific stock number I was interested he immediately started taking about he had several of these in stock and would send pictures that day, Wednesday 5/17/2023. Never received a photo or any call. I text the GM, Shawn the following morning 5/18/2023 stating " Shawn I haven't heard from you and asked if he had the specific stock# of Road Glide Limited in stock. I saw he read my text but never returned a call or text. Here in Las Vegas, we call this "Bait and Switch." I further researched Treasure Coast Harley Davidson has experienced several customer complaints of advertising motorcycles on their website and when the customer arrives at the dealership; then it appears the salesperson try to sell something the visitor does not want. I just wanted to express my experience with these folks and re-enforce the validity of these complaints. Visit the BBB online, you will also see several complaints over the pat 2 years of the same issues at Treasure Coast Harley Davidson in Stuart, FL. If you have a motorcycle and need it repaired, I highly suggest you consider other options than Harley Davidson of Stuart. I dropped my bike off to fix a gas leak and a turn signal issue. They informed me I also had an issue with the brake light, which I appreciated. After dropping the bike off, it was about 2 weeks before I was able to get an estimate for the repairs. The person who ultimately called me back had no idea about the bike or any of the conversations I'd had to that point. When I was able to connect with them I was quoted a price to fix the gas leak and the brake light and offered the option of using Harley parts or after market alternatives. The alternative parts were much cheaper and I opted for them. When I picked the bike up I was informed the used the Harley parts which were about $50 more expensive. On the turn signal issue I authorized Harley Davidson of Stuart to spend an hour of time to find the cause. They could not, but offered that by putting a piece of tape on the inside of the rear fender, the problem was fixed. I was surprised by this but they insisted it worked and was much cheaper to do this. When I received the bill, the hourly labor charge for this repair was 2.5hours. Their hourly rate is almost $90. What should have been a $250 bill ended up being $500. When I raised this issue with management they reduced the bill by $50 and gave me a t shirt. When I got the bike home I realized the turn signal had not been fixed. I called the shop back and asked if they could look at the issue again, they explained that any additional work would be at the hourly charge. I did not bring the bike back. read more
