Needed new brakes on my Mini Clubman. Had a price from Firestone and wanted another option. Firestone was fine for new tires in an emergency but seemed eager to also sell brakes as an urgent need. Did some research and found All County. They confirmed that I needed brakes but it would be ok to wait to schedule at my convenience in the near future. They did the job, were courteous and checked the car over to be sure it was good to go for a trip I'm planning. Total bill was $100 less than Firestone. read more

I was curious how the repair to my auto was done. Upon inspecting under the hood.... The retainer clips for the air intake were not installed. The intake could have easily fell of the vehicle. One of the bolts holding on (I believe its a type of pump) an item that was removed to replace the starter was not installed. I'm going to include two pictures to back up my statement. Please note; I installed the clips on the air intake so it will show them installed. Note the silver metal denoting that the bolt removed was not reinstalled. They did attempt to call me, but I was out running errands and I asked them to return the call later which they did not. read more

father in law had a truck serviced there for a transmission issue. they hacked the harness cut wires spliced some other plug onto harness will no heat shrink. crimped butt connectors to harness and looks like shit and connectors are all rusted. now having to find new engine harness which is hard for this model truck. father in law payed 2k to have this done and turned out to be a mess. he is 100% handicap can't walk, lives off very tight income and has no idea what's happening cause can't see or check on work so he has to depend on other people to take care of things he can't.quality is very poor. would not recommend read more

I just had to have my car towed to All County Auto Repair and I wasn't exactly sure what was the issue with it. They were very helpful and even sent me a video showing and describing exactly what the issue was, which was great for me because I am not a car person. After spending $3600.00 dollars to have our vehicle serviced, I had fluid on my garage floor the next morning. After returning the vehicle, I was told it was fluid that had dripped onto a cross bar and that it occurred when the timing belt was installed. I did note that a power steering flush/ service charge of $98.00 was on listed on the invoice (inspect system for leaks, road test). The mileage on the vehicle was 194259. After I told them I was not pleased with the "fluid" on the driveway and garage, then after driving to 194974, I find the power steering reservoir empty. My wife returned the vehicle and they then say the power steering pump is bad, the vehicle was no longer safe to drive, so the power steering pump was replaced for $491.00. They wondered why I was so upset. I'm 68, have a Pacemaker and I collect social security! read more

My daughter took her vehicle to another place to have an oil change and they told her that she needed a new motor mount and that the engine was "tilted". I asked her to go to All County to have a second opinion. Aiden got her right in, had his team look at the engine and reported that there was no issue and sent her safely on her way at no charge. They earned a customer for life by being honest and fair. Kind of a rarity these days! read more

All County is by far the most honest repair shop you will ever experience!! I went to my dealership because of the warranty while there they told me I needed front brakes ( which of course is not under warranty) I told them not to do them I would take care of it else where. A week later I noticed I needed an oil change so I took my vehicle to All County I told the manager I also needed front brakes, while picking up my vehicle I noticed they only charged me for an oil change I told the manager you forgot about my front brakes his response was you don't need front brakes you have about 20,000 miles to go before you need them I was in total shock, like I said the most honest repair shop very professional and a pleasure to deal with plus they drop me off and pick me up, Love these guy's. read more

AWFUL. I visited all county to get an oil change, to fill my tires and check my battery and as a young woman I could tell they did not respect me as a customer. They gave me an 1800 quote price. Did not even fill my tires with air, told me my battery was fine then couldn't get the car started because of the battery. Only go to this place if you don't want to be taken seriously and if you want to be paying way more than what you came in for. And what you did pay for, they don't even do. read more

Beware... They will put it to you. It's bad enough when a car breaks down on a trip and you are basically stranded. Then you get an outfit like this that feels like they need to over charge you for replacing a brake caliper. They changed a brake caliper and a brake hose and charged 202.00 labor. They replaced both items at one time then charged me for bleeding the brakes twice and a " Brake Flush".. The only thing that was flushed was my wallet. Customer service like this is what gives people in the automotive profession a bad name. If you brake down in Stuart do yourself a favor and save some money by hiring a tow truck to take you somewhere else. read more

I give 2 stars because some the of the work they did on out motorhome was done well. FLuids and filters changed. We needed an alternator which they replaced. We were told they installed an "upgraded" alternator($899.00) which required them to alter the wiring and install a relay. We picked up the motorhome and left 2 days later. 3 hours into the trip we wanted to start the generator and it wouldn't start . We know it ran when we took it in because the mechanic ran it while it was at All County. The failure code was voltage sense failure which according to Onan could be the result of an incorrect alternator being installed. We asked to have the original alternator rebuilt and installed. It was determined that the controller for the generator was blown and the repair was $3500.00 I spoke to the owner , Steve Rich on several occasions regarding this and he does not believe the upgraded alternator and modified wiring/relay caused the problem . I strongly suggest you check EVERYTHING on your vehicle before leaving their shop. In my personal experience I don't feel they stand behind their work. read more

I feel completely ripped off. After I had left a car door open overnight and had a dead battery, the tow truck driver recommended this place as an honest and cost-effective auto repair. I believed him and called them when my car started making a strange sound. When I took it in, I clearly told them that I did not have a lot of money to spend on auto repairs and asked what it would cost to find out what was wrong. They told me it would be $48 to diagnose. I asked them to call me with an estimate before they repaired anything. I also asked them to check the fuses. They asked what didn't work, that I wanted the fuses checked. I told them a couple of items but said, again, that I couldn't afford a lot of repairs and joked that I could afford fuses. I dropped the car off at 8 am and, when I hadn't heard anything by 2 pm, I called and asked how things were going. They said they were still checking it out and would call me. Around 4:30, they called and said it was done. They said they could not replicate the sound I had heard for days but had made some adjustments and replaced a cigarette lighter (charger) for $50. I would never have authorized $50 to repair a cig lighter. When I protested, the guy said, "well, how do you charge your cell phone?" I told him I charged it in the house. I would have to review the bill again to see all the nonsense they said they charged me for. I didn't want to make a stink and they said they resolved the sound I had been hearing so I accepted the $250 bill and vowed not to trust them again. 36 hours later, the sound was back so I stopped by on my way to work. They had a guy stick his head under my dash and told me what the problem was. They said it would cost $828 to fix the original problem. I called the dealer and the dealer is $100 less!!!!! Again, they were going to rip me off. Beware of this company. I actually believed they would call with an estimate, as I had asked, before making repairs. read more
