The project was not completed despite substantial payment being made. At the time work stopped, several contracted items remained unfinished, including: * Sink and plumbing connections * Hot water connection to washing machine * Electrical service to hallway, laundry room, and Tesla charger * Shower glass and tub filler installation * Caulking and finish work Final payment was requested before completion of these items. Shortly afterward, the contractor terminated the project in writing while unfinished work remained. Due to incomplete plumbing and electrical work, I have had to seek additional contractors to correct and finish the project. I recommend that homeowners verify licensing status, permits, and project completion terms carefully before entering into an agreement.
