I hired Havana's General Contractors for a residential renovation project. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The project was not completed despite substantial payment being made. At the time work stopped, several contracted items remained unfinished, including: * Sink and plumbing connections * Hot water connection to washing machine * Electrical service to hallway, laundry room, and Tesla charger * Shower glass and tub filler installation * Caulking and finish work Final payment was requested before completion of these items. Shortly afterward, the contractor terminated the project in writing while unfinished work remained. Due to incomplete plumbing and electrical work, I have had to seek additional contractors to correct and finish the project. I recommend that homeowners verify licensing status, permits, and project completion terms carefully before entering into an agreement. read more

He did come out and come out asap. BUT he then changed all the info I got over the phone and demanded $280 for doing NOTHING and said he would fix the leak later and that was for coming out. Does that sound like a FREE ESTIMATE? , he left and I tried to give him money for just coming out but he was already gone. He knew it was not ethical business practice and that's why he left so quick. I feel for the people that fall for his scams. The.
