I'm not a child, not a prisoner, not his subordinate, not a soldier in the army to talk to me like that. And I'm much older than him, almost twice. I made purchases, which supported their business. My daughter and I went to the checkout and told the owner of the store about his unworthy behavior. She did not want to resolve the issue. and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, justifying the behavior of this adult man. We tried to explain that we were nothing they didn't do anything to treat us like criminals, but the mood before Christmas is spoiled. The behavior of this man discriminating against me. Among expensive things, antiques, the attitude towards customers should be dignified, respectful. It is a pity that some employees do not understand this This is one of the few shops in our city where they do not greet customers, and after the purchase they insult.

(at the same time, she bought paintings in this store many times, silver, much more). A young man sitting next to him, a store worker, said in a loud voice - "don't touch!" ... My mother said in response that she just wanted to see what kind of figure it was. Not listening to my mother to the end, this young man shouted - "Don't touch, it means don't touch! and after that he added that he could kick us out of the store altogether. I was just shocked by this attitude towards customers! This is some kind of discrimination! so no one and anywhere does not speak with buyers. I went up to him and said calmly that the owner of the store told us many times that we can look at everything and buy everything, and even the goods that are up for auction. But he did not listen to me at all, interrupted me and shouted that nothing should be touched. I went to the cashier to pay for my purchases and told the woman that another store employee, a young man, was very rude and not professional in dealing with customers. The owner of the store came out to me and instead of somehow reacting to the rude behavior of her employee, she began to interrupt me and show my son's side and say that he went where it was impossible to enter! My boy was the first time in this store. and he just walked around the store and looked, without touching anything (and where he walked, nowhere was it written that the passage was prohibited. But the owner of the store, interrupting me, insisted that I knew where to go. (and where my son walked, I also walked, and other buyers also walked there). The hostess herself said that the manner of such a conversation of her employee is his "culture"! and apparently she encourages such behavior and such an attitude towards buyers. no one apologized to us! Out of the blue, they spoiled our mood for nothing, my mother's pressure rose and all day she could not recover from such an attitude from the store employees.the buyer is always and always right! This is a store, and whatever then you need to buy it, find it and see it! and I have not seen such behavior and such an attitude towards customers in this city in similar stores !!! result: spoiled mood; increased blood pressure in mom, we were insulted for anything, no one apologized to us. It is not at all clear how people can work in art and with art who do not even try to be professional and polite with their own customers!

I didn't receive a reply or an apology. Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, the gentleman helping me out was rude. I asked about shipping and or extra packaging to protect the prints on the airplane. His response was short and again rude and that he didn't have anything to wrap or protect the prints in. He asked if I still wanted them and I did purchase the prints. I was also not thanked for my purchase. It's now disappointing that I have the memory of two beautiful pictures being tied with the poor customer service I received. I say this as I have been going to flea markets since the 1970s and I had just in the process of buying some gifts when I was approached by a tap on the shoulder and a man who identified himself as the general manager named David saying if you would like to sell things you can do it inside I can sell you a spot. I said "hi Santa no thank you I'm just cleaning out my car and taking a photo and I'll be going in there in a few minutes to spend money." I just got done buying a case of soda from a nice lady vendor near the front who is so polite she gave me some Mexican Day of the Dead masks that I can give out to my fellow workers I did not get her name but I just walked back to my car to place them inside and was repacking the two suitcases. I had been on a long trip and it was just sorting out the toiletries the gifts my dirty clothes and it was not trying to sell anything I was just cleaning out my car packing so I got more room to spend money for Christmas gifts at this fle. This guy said "I am David the general manager here and you cannot sell anything" and I told him I was not trying to sell. Why would I try to sell Dominican Republic rum without a liquor license on top of a hot car on a hot day does that really make any sense? He went on to say I am going to call the police and have you trespass and I laughed at him so I waited 30 minutes in the hot sun for the sheriff to arrive. I explained what was going on he told me that the general manager of the flea market thought I was selling things and asked me if I would just pack up and leave or he was going to have me trespass which I understood. I'm not going to argue with Johnny law so I packed up everything however the real losers are the vendors because I had over $5,000 to spend on Christmas gifts there in about the only vendor I met was the Spanish Man who sold me some fruit and the lady who sold a case of sodas for $6 I was going to come back and buy some more as well as buy more things in the flea market but since David was being aggressive and kind of a jerk I packed. What irritates me the most is unprofessionalism and greed because he was a bean counting goniff and he wanted to squeeze out some money for me when I was clearly not selling anything. I asked him to prove this and he could not because nothing happened I was just a regular customer. I have a full-time job I'm also an entertainer so I have enough money where I don't have to worry about standing in 90° heat to sell a $5 bottle of Dominican Republic rum. I think it's really pathetic that he talks to total strangers this way he has no idea who I am but he turned out to be the biggest jerk I have ever met at a flea market in over 40 years. I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want Santa to try to extort money from you. Pathetic man he was what a horrible way to greet a stranger.
