    New pet supplies.

Goodwill was founded in 1902 by Boston Minister, Reverend Edgar J. Helms. He took donations from wealthy Bostonians and hired people who were poor and who could fix the items. The items were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. They are also keeping millions of pounds of items out of landfills every year. This is a very large and clean Goodwill. They had a lot of furniture and boutique better brand clothes. They even had some new items including pet supplies which I have noticed has become very popular trend in Goodwill now as they offer both new and used items. They had a huge selection of board games all 50 percent off, the largest selection I have ever seen in one store and a lot of toys too. They also had a large selection of books. This was a very nicely stocked and organized Goodwill. I would definitely stop by for treasure hunt if I am in the area.

Very clean store with a good variety. Lots of floor space and the staff has things well organized. Goodwill stores in this area have a mix of donated and new items. We found some great book selections and bought a nice little pile. One surprise to us was that many of the newer titles or books in like new condition were individually priced. So rather than .99, many of the kids books we selected were individually stickered at $2. A like new novel was $4. The prices are still good but we were caught off guard by the different prices at the counter. Big selection of games and puzzles

For a thrift store this is okay you have to get here early cause the early people get the best finds. If you see something better get it cause if you blink and wait it will be GONE

Over priced items when they get things for free and turn a profit. The photo shows a suitcase in horrible condition for 149.99. Ended up purchasing a small carry on sized suitcase for $40 too no brand name. Really needed both of them but will have to keep looking. What outrageous prices will not be returning. One staff member was friendly and the other was annoyed to even ring an item up.

Clothing is a bit more used than other thrift shops in the area but if you're willing to dig you can find some better items for much better prices than the other thrift stores in Naples. I found two name brand shirts barely used for $4.99 each and an almost new T-shirt for my son for $1.99. I also got a wine glass for 50 cents.

We don't have Goodwill stores like this in New England. I walked away with some brand new earring for only a few dollars. I was looking for large white hoops. Score! I made countless trips to this location for drop off donation. I like this store it's clean and organized. I've wanted to purchase several things in this store but the pricing is not done properly. Everything is 3 times what it would be BRAND new at Home Goods or even Market Place on Facebook. The other day I was shopping and a women next to me said she had been coming here for 12 years and she said the pricing is getting out of control. Very disappointing. I left the store and went to the Tamiami trail location by plant fitness. Items very similar to the other location had proper pricing for what it was. This nonprofit mission is to Sell donated items such as clothing, furniture, electronics, and household goods at affordable prices. Can we please make an adjustment To match pricing at the other locations?

While shopping, I observed multiple staff members who were restocking merchandise openly discussing, in front of customers, how they were removing the "good" items from the sales floor to take to the back and set aside in personal piles for one another. This was spoken about loudly and casually, as if it were standard practice. While doing so, these same employees repeatedly stepped directly in front of me and physically pushed past me to access racks I was actively browsing. This occurred multiple times and created an uncomfortable and disrespectful situation. The combination of staff hoarding merchandise for personal use and physically disregarding customers reflects a serious lapse in professionalism and store oversight. Customers should not be displaced or made uncomfortable so that staff can reserve merchandise for themselves. This behavior undermines trust, fairness, and the integrity of the store's operations, and leadership should be made aware.

This is an affluent area of older, retired people who maybe get tired of their things or want a change or have passed away and their items are donated. The operative word is DONATED so the money can be used for the non-profit mission Salvation Army does....BUT what I saw was over priced if not full priced items for sale! Shame on management there...your goal should to be to sell everything that is donated at less then "reasonable" priced 2nd hand, thrift store prices! If it is not sold in 4-6 months you priced it TOO high! You are not a retail store, price it accordingly!! Do the good work people think you are doing thus we donate to you instead of Goodwill!

Name brands from all of the best department and upscale stores: Saks, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Lilly Pulitzer, St. John. There is smaller store in the shopping mall to the east that has a more traditional thrift layout and more run of the mill merchandise. Prices: commensurate with the high dollar value of the items for sale. No real "bargains" here, but you will pay about 50% to 80% less for these items. Case in point, a St. John beaded knit dress for $90 that likely originally retailed for $500 or more. The rich old people of Naples have to kick the bucket some time, and it looks like a lot of their stuff ends up here. This would be a frequent haunt of mine if I lived in the area just for browsing alone! Note: if you look hard enough, you can find some exquisite vintage clothing and a few nice pieces of Danish MCM furniture. And an Enchanted Tiki Room-themed display.
