Pool and jacuzzi not open yet. (4/9) Spots are really big for pull thrus- backins a little smallish for really large trailers 35+. Grass and barbecues. Concrete pads which were level. Only knock was no cable but WIFI worked well and I was able to stream NCAA final game without interruption. Most importantly, the park comped all of our nights here because we gamble. Contrasting that with the AVI in Bullhead City (I have also reviewed) makes this a 5 star rating- management clearly has a plan for treating customers and getting them to return at Winstar. Laurie and Jeff are amazing people . They have a Amenity center where you can do laundry and even work out if you want . Fresh eggs daily from the chickens and they have so much to offer , such as horseshoes , corn hole . To much to list . The park is gated ! Which is is even better and gives me a feeling of being safe where I live . I highly recommend this Rv Park .

Very clean, quiet except for some Hwy 82 road noise which wasn't bad, fairly roomy sites, and very considerate and helpful manager / owner, not sure what he was. Mostly back in sites, but they are easy and roomy back ins, a few pull throughs. This is still a work in process, but we will definitely stay here again. We stayed here May 2018 in a 31 ft 5th wheel. Just one night, on our way to the Hill Country in Texas.
