They were racist towards my native American Apache husband because he has a bandana on his head and stereotyped him , discriminated against him even tho we had the Cadillac of RV 5th wheels and Nice Cars and My own business. If Your Interracial Couple or NOT WHITE I do not recommend this park to you , You will Live on a living hell. Lauri Johnson is a True KAREN!!!! I am a travel ED RN so I'm not new to RV parks. Lake Kiowa is hands down the best place I have stayed. As a woman traveling alone with 2 small dogs, safety is my first priority. This is a very safe environment. All tenants and pets are properly vetted. I also believe that cleanliness is next to Godliness and this place is kept immaculate. No trash, no cigarette butts, no piles of dog poo. Everything is clean and well maintained. I appreciate each and every rule in place and believe that they are what keep Lake Kiowa the safe environment that it is. read more

I moved here not long after the park opened. The owners are awesome and they go way above and beyond to make you feel at home and like part of the family. If you need something done or need help with something they are quick to take care of it. The amenities are very nice and top notch. The fresh eggs are awesome. Great park! It is gated, they have chickens (free fresh eggs), laundry facilities, workout area, business center and a coffee bar. I loved the views, horses and peacocks. We were here for Thanksgiving and just loved it. It is just minutes from the Lake Kiowa Gate and just a few minutes to town. We would absolutely recommend it! read more

I have lived in Lake Kiowa RV Park for almost a year, the owners are awesome, they do everything they can to make this a RV community that fills like home, they allow us to fix our yards and personalize our sites which I love. I love all my neighbors many of them feel like family. read more
