He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. I knew she wasn't because she was completely wrong about one of my medications being controlled (it's not). She didn't want to fill one prescription because it was "bundled" with another because it's the same doctor. It wasn't. When I called back to get her license number she hung up repeatedly. I later spoke with the actual pharmacist who insinuated I was lying about her claims and said he didn't have time for it. The manager then not only refused to fill any of my prescriptions but also contacted my doctor about it without my permission. I hate leaving negative feedback for a local business, but impersonating a licensed medical provider is a crime, and the customer service literally couldn't be any worse.
