We are EXTREMELY happy with the results of our project! We used Tinoco to repaint the interior walls, doors, baseboards, built ins, and ceilings in our entire home. They also did an absolutely fantastic job at flooring installation of our luxury vinyl plank flooring, as well as the removal of the existing tile that was in the house previously in some areas. We wanted the project done on a pretty fast timeline and Ray and his team made sure that that happened! They kept in constant communication with us and collaborated with us on our plans, budget, and overall aesthetic choices so that our home truly felt like our home when it was finished--and, I am SO happy to say that it does!! On an additional side note, I will say that not only did we enjoy working with all of them. But, we had several neighbors mention to us that they were lovely and completely respectful in not wanting to bother other neighbors with additional noise or issues during the remodel. BEWARE! This store has a no return policy for apparently everything…read more Originally, went to this store to purchase the Annie Sloan Chalk paint and wax to paint and wax some cabinets. They we're helpful and had numerous samples to assist in color selections. We were sold a small brush to apply the Annie Sloan wax which was quite expensive at $52. Tried to return it and was told they would not refund the money. Mind you, the brush was unused, still in the original packaging with the original price tag on it and accompanied by the original receipt. They have printed on each receipt, "No Returns or exchanges on Paint or stencils and any other paint mediums. No exceptions. Defective items only returned within 3 days of purchase. Strict store policy." I can see the policy for the paint or stencils or any other paint medium, but to refuse a refund for an unused item in its original packaging with the original receipt is unacceptable. A reputable business would be more than happy to refund a customer in a similar situation. The statement that defective items only returned within 3 days is not very reasonable, especially when most of these projects are done on weekends. Apparently they aren't willing to refund anything with the 3 day restriction. I have to assume this company doesn't value or trust their customers if they need such a strict return policy. Please be careful and DON'T buy anything from this store if you are uncertain whether you will use it, because as soon you pay for it, it's yours. As for the Annie Sloan products, I have no complaints. Good quality products. I just wouldn't purchase these products from a company that has such a restrictive return policy. I would rather take my chances with purchasing over the internet.

Travell's Quality Painting Pros crew painted the exterior or our 1950's stucco home Sept. 21 - Oct…read more 2. They did a very professional job and we would recommend them highly. Two years ago Travell's company painted our double hung wood windows after they had been repaired and reglazed. The window repairers gave us very specific directions to relay to the painter. When giving his estimate Travell ticked off all of the boxes, he knew what to do. So when it came to paint the exterior, his company was our first choice. The 2 man crew did fantastic prep. They power washed everything, repaired stucco, sanded and primed all of the wood. The windows were covered and they moved the covers so we could open windows in sections they weren't working. They then used a roller for some of the surfaces and used a sprayer for the rest. After they were done, the house was beautiful and everything was cleaned up. Travell checked on the crew and was always available to answer questions.

The chimney has 4 sides but the guy just painted only 3 sides. We have to ask them to come back and paint the back side that time. Service: There was only 1 person working on my 2 stories house paint job almost entire time. And this project took longer than promised. The guy didn't block the vent when he painted the garage, he sprayed the paint through it which cause paint all over my stuff stored in there. I called back and tell the company, He just yelled at me "I don't know what are you talking about?" This company is very irresponsible.
