Jon is obviously qualified to help you in many various ways). Jon mainly focused on my skull, my sinuses, my jaw, my upper body and neck, which is exactly what I needed this time around. He asked about pressure and my comfortability throughout the entire 90 minute massage. He was able to squeeze me in day of, and explained everything clearly over the phone and in person. He took his time with me during the intake and I felt like he understood me well and never once felt rushed. Jon accepts cash and also cards, including the option to add tip, which is greatly appreciate my this debit addicted girl. His prices are reasonable and he does offer a discount for return customers! Yay! He's very professional and super knowledgeable about the human body and how it works, as well as with a variety of healing techniques and the ins and outs and benefits of essential oils and how to use them. They were present but not overpowering in any way. He has obviously studied hard for his training and continues to research new, as well as traditional ways of healing! This to me was very admirable. He gave me advice and showed me some very useful tips and tricks of the trade before I went on my way. I very much look forward to developing this relationship with Jon and plan to see him regularly. A simple "I understand" or "Please let us know if you'd like to reschedule" would have been appropriate. Instead, I received a dismissive and unnecessarily rude response that left me feeling unwelcome. Based on this interaction, I wouldn't feel comfortable booking with this business again. Professionalism and respect should be part of the customer experience, even when a client has to cancel unexpectedly.
