While the invoice didn't overcharge me for anything, the work was not done to my satisfaction. For one tree, I was very specific about how much I wanted trimmed off at the top. But it doesn't look like they trimmed back anywhere close to what I had requested. At a bare minimum, they should have called me the day prior, to confirm that it was OK for them to come the next day to do the work. And they should have come to my door and asked me to come inspect the work they had done, if I was happy with the results or if I wanted more trimmed off any of the trees. Instead they left as abruptly as they showed up. I think a true professional would have better communication with a customer and make sure the customer was satisfied before calling the job 'completed'. Needless to say, I won't ever use them again and I would encourage people to do some research before hiring an arborist.

They actually had someone else's wood under mine and still expected payment for a full truck load. Since being ripped off I hope to spread the word and save everyone else the same hassle.
