The contract I signed included leveling and removing debris BEFORE laying sod. I now have a bumpy lawn, water remaining on the lawn after a rainfall, and a muddy landscape. He merely laid the sod. The cost of the job was $2000. I gave him a down payment of $1200 and John Newcomb expects the balance after this horrendous job. He did NOT fulfill his obligation. John Newcomb and I are going to Small Claims Court on May 31, 2017. He does shoddy work and I will wait for the Court to resolve the situation. Do NOT hire Newcomb Lawn Care and Landscaping for ANY lawn work in less you want to be disappointed in the result.

Joe had to contact Nipsco to drop the utility lines for safe removal of the trees. He also had to pull back my chain link fence for closer access to the trees that he placed back upon completion. Cleanup and haul away were immaculate. I also appreciated the fact that Joe was in constant communication to let me know how things were progressing based on the instability of the weather. He showed up at the designated time he said he would. Additionally, he has reasonable prices. I wholeheartedly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.
