As soon as I called to confirm, they were out within days. Joe personally called on the day scheduled to let us know they were on the way. The crew showed up and were very courteous and professional. They even had a couple woman on the crew which let me say...wow...were impressive. They hauled away huge hunks of trees like they were light as a feather. All five of my trees were safely removed and stumps ground down. It was like the trees never existed. They cleaned up as they were going. All of the debris and wood was hauled away and my yard looked way better than it did before they came. They even trimmed a couple branches off my other trees at no additional charge to make it safe. Professional, Punctual, Quality Work, and Responsive. Kudos to Joe and his team!!! They removed 2 Chinese Elm Trees and 1 Mulberry tree including stumps. The job performed was impeccable. Joe had to contact Nipsco to drop the utility lines for safe removal of the trees. He also had to pull back my chain link fence for closer access to the trees that he placed back upon completion. Cleanup and haul away were immaculate. I also appreciated the fact that Joe was in constant communication to let me know how things were progressing based on the instability of the weather. Joe and his crew are excellent professionals! I had them cut down a huge Willow tree at my mom's house about five years ago and I was thoroughly impressed. I recommended Joe to my neighbor when he needed two big oaks cut down that were so close to the house, other tree services either wouldn't even try or wanted too much money. Again, excellent work! Today, Joe cut down a medium size diseased tree for me. It's amazing how fast and clean they did the job. I could have done it myself. I have had many trees removed, some in very difficult spots hanging over my house, deck, hot tub, air conditioner etc. and never an issue. We just had a very large tree removed, that was way too close to our house, cut down today. I was extremely impressed how quickly, safely, and efficiently it was taken down. Not only did they clean up all the branches and debris, but they even use a leaf blower to clean up my porch and walkways. The price was very reasonable. Check the city for a license ti do work, because if they can get away without a license they will. I know from experience, next time I'll check with the city first before I hire anyone. Needed one medium size but hefty cherry tree and a tall dead 35 foot Christmas tree cut down with stump grinding and clean up. Joe and his crew did all this efficiently as well as cutting two limbs from my 70 foot walnut tree. Very happy with the work and it only took an hour. These guys do great work. The tree was a large oak that was about 15' off the back of the house. It was removed quickly and efficiently. Cut up, hauled off and the stump ground.
